5、 Working principle:
This machine adopts program automatic control, and its working process is as follows:

1. Bottle washing:

2. Filling:

The cleaned bottle is transported and dropped on the bottle pushing frame through the bottle washing transmission mechanism. The bottle pushing cylinder pushes the empty bottle to the filling position and starts filling. The filling time is adjusted according to the needs.

3. Cover and gland:

When the filling is finished, the filled bottle is sent to the capping mechanism by the next filling bottle, and the capped bottle is pushed to the capping mechanism, and the capping cylinder is used to compress the bottle cap. So far, a washing irrigation cycle is completed.

8、 Production process:

The empty barrel is input into the capping machine stably by the conveyor belt. The cover pulling machine is used to pull out the cover, which can be reused after cleaning and disinfection. Then the barrel goes into the external brush barrel machine for all-round brushing. After comprehensive external cleaning, the bottles enter the washing, filling and capping unit, and the purified water is provided by the water treatment system for washing and filling the barrels. After capping, the bottled water enters the heat shrinker through the conveyor belt. The shrink film packaging of bottle cap is completed in the heat shrinkable machine. The whole production process is controlled by PLC. The control panel can directly monitor the working state of each part of the equipment, and is easy to operate.
