8、 Shutdown maintenance:

gd55光大彩票The reverse osmosis in production must be flushed every time it is started and stopped for replacement, its purpose is to flush away the accumulated salt on the membrane surface, especially when it is stopped; the specific maintenance methods for the long-term or short-term shutdown of reverse osmosis must be as follows:

1. Shutdown for 1-3 days, Wash the RO system with low pressure (0.2kg-0.4kg) and large flow every day for 15 minutes. It is better to wash with desalted water.

gd55光大彩票2. After shutdown for more than 7 days, the desalted water flushing method shall be used first, and then 0.5% sodium bisulfite solution shall be used for soaking and sealing.

3. If the system is shut down for more than 10 days, seal it with 0.5% formalin solution and replace it every 30 days.
